The Roc has entered into a Production Sharing Contract for Block 7 of the Cyprus EEZ with Total and Eni, with Total acting as the operator. Simultaneously, an exploration licence has been issued to the consortium as well.
Alongside this agreement, Total also enters the licences in Block 2,3,8 and 9, taking over a proportion of Eni’s previous share. Eni will remain as an operator in these Blocks. The new shares in each of these licence Blocks are as follows:
- Block 2: Eni 60%, Total 20%, Kogas 20%
- Block 3: Eni 50%, Total 30%, Kogas 20%
- Block 8: Eni 60%, Total 40%
- Block 9: Eni 60%, Total 20%, Kogas 20%
